Hydrotreating / Hydrofining Technology

The technology is used to remove the impurities such as sulfur, nitrogen and oxygen, chlorides, olefins, etc. in reformer feedstocks. The main target of the technology is to process high content impurities’ feed and achieve long run length under high space velocity and other relative mild operation conditions, to gain hydrofined naphtha with the content of S, N less than 0.5 μg/g separately.

B. Selective Hydrodesulfurization of FCC Gasoline
The technology is a commercially proven technology for cracked gasoline, especially for FCC gasoline containing high sulfur and olefins. The primary goal is to maximally remove sulfur impurities in the feedstock with minimal olefins saturation and octane loss. The target product is clean gasoline with low sulfur content.
The technology is aimed at removal of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen-containing compounds, olefins, di-olefins, metal impurities, and little solid particles in the feed. The hydrotreated naphtha is suitable for the feedstocks of reforming pre-hydrotreating, fertilizer producing, and the steam cracking to produce ethylene.
The technology is a novel hydro-processing technology by which the mercaptans, acids, colorific and odorous species in straight-run jet fuel are removed to meet the specification of jet fuel.
The technology is used to process a variety of high sulfur contained distillate feedstocks, such as straight run gas oil (SRGO), light cycle oil (LCO) and Coker gas oil (CGO). The target product is diesel with ultra low sulfur content, such as, less than 50μg/g or less than 10μg/g.

The technology is a kind of hydro-upgrading process which can improve the cetane number of diesel, especially for RFCC diesel (LCO). It adopts proprietary catalysts and single stage once-through process to produce high quality clean diesel from LCO, in which high sulfur-removal, high nitrogen-removal, aromatic saturation and selective ring open reactions take place.
FHI is a diesel hyrdoupgrading-isodewaxing technology, which uses various kinds of diesel distillates as feedstocks. The desulfuring, denitrogen, dearomatics and selectively ring-open reactions take place in the process. And by which high solidification point ingredients in the feedstocks can be isomerized, heavy distillates can be hydrocracked, so as to evidently reduce S, N, and aromatics contents of the diesel product, reduce its solidification point and density, and improve its T95 and cetane number.
The feeds of the MHUGprocess is mainly inferior diesel, especially the light cycle oil (LCO) from FCC or resid FCC, or a blend of LCO with light gas oil (LVGO)or SRGO, and the products include clean diesel distillates, naphtha with low impurities and high potential aromatics, and high quality unconverted oil.

I. Full Range Coker Distillate Hydrotreating Technology
The technology is used to remove impurities of sulfidesnitridesoxidesolefinsdi-olefinstrace metal pollutantstiny solid particles etc. from the feedstock under hydrogen atmosphere. Product naphtha obtained from the process can be used as the feed of steam cracking unit to produce ethylene, product diesel can be the blending component of low sulfur diesel and product HCGO ( hydrotreated CGO) can be the feed of hydrocracking unit or FCC unit.
Different inferior quality heavy cuts, including vacuum gas oil (VGO), coker gas oil (CGO), and deasphalted oil (DAO) and their blends can be used for the feed of this technology to obtain excellent products suitable for the feed of FCC units. The main target of this technology is to obviously reduce the sulfur and nitrogen contents of the feedstocks, to improve their cracking performance when used as FCC feed, and to reduce the sulfur content and yield distribution of FCC products, especially FCC gasoline.
K. Residue Hydrotreating Technology (RHT)
The technology with specially developed RHT series catalysts and suitable graded techniques, provides for FCC with feedstocks meeting requirements.
