On Feb.6, US State Engineering Academy announced in Washington that Mr. Cao Xianghong, Sinopec Corp. senior consultant and former senior vice president, was elected as academician, as Mr. Cao Xianghong has made significant contributions to refining and petrochemical technology innovation, as well as in the field of international cooperation.
