Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. is collected with the main capital of refining and chemical industry, and is set up through assets reallocation with the mode of part reformation by the unique initiator---- Shijiazhuang Refinery of Petrochemical Corporation. By launching 120 million shares of A stock to the society openly through making a price on web in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the permission of China Securities Regulatory Committee on July 11, 1997, it collected 688.8 million yuan successfully, and invested to Annual 50,000 Tons CPL Plant of the Shijiazhuang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (shorted for SCFC).

According to the general plan to conform all Sinopec stock branches, Sinopec did the conformity to the capital and business of the original Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. As a result, Sinopec Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Branch £¨Short for SRCB£©was set up in Shijiazhuang City Hebei Province on Dec. 26, 2007. and it inherits the whole capital¡¢business¡¢staff and corresponding rights and responsibilities of the original Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd.

Now, SRCB has the comprehensive capacity of processing 4.2 million tons crude oil per year with 22 sets of well-matched processing plants. Such as, annul 5 million tons Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit, annul 2 million tons Catalytic Cracking Unit, and annul 0.8 million tons Delayed Coking Unit. Our main economic and technical indexes are increasing and products meet the latest national standards after revamping and improving the qualities. Now some products can be supplied to Beijing market. The company is becoming more and more competitive.
SRCB is a producer integrated with refining, chemical industry and chemical fiber. Through revamping to excavate the potential of our plants, the Chemical Fiber Co. has produced 65.5 thousand tons caprolactam in 2007, which is far above the initial target of annual 65 thousand tons. In July 2006, the revamping project of Annual 160 Thousand tons has got the formal permission of SINOPEC. Now, the project is going well according to the schedule and will be put into production in 2008.

Our mainly products are: lead-free gasoline for automobiles, Beijing standard gasoline, burning kerosene, molecular sieve material, jet fuel No.3, aviation kerosene, special-30# diesel oil, diesel oil, industry fuel oil,  LPG, propylene, polypropylene, propane, car LPG, diisobutylene, octyl phenol, naphtha, benzene,  toluene, xylene, solvent oil, petroleum coke, sulphur, caprolactam, ammonium sulfate, polycaprolactam, benzoic acid, nylon yarn, and etc. altogether more than 30 kinds of products.
