SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Company (shorted for SRCC) was registered and set up on Dec. 26, 2007 after the assets and business of its original Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. was integrated by SINOPEC. SRCC inherits all assets, business, staff, corresponding rights and obligations of its original Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd.
Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. was collected and set up through assets reallocation with the mode of part reformation by Shijiazhuang Refinery of Petrochemical Corporation as the unique initiator invested with main body of refining and chemical industry. With the permission of China Securities Regulatory Committee, it launched A stock to the society openly through making a price on web in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 11, 1997, and invested the collected capital to the Annual 50,000 Tons CPL Plant of Shijiazhuang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. In 2009, Shijiazhuang Chemical Fiber Co. was merged into SRCC.
At present, SRCC has the comprehensive capacity of processing 4.2 million tons crude oil per year with 22 sets processing units. Such as, annul 5 million tons Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit, annul 2 million tons Catalytic Cracking (MIP-CGP processing) Units, annul 0.8 million tons Delayed Coking Unit and etc. The main economic and technical indexes are increasing. By revamping, all products meet the latest national standards and some products can be supplied to Beijing market. The products are becoming more and more competitive.
SRCC is a producer integrated with refining, chemical industry and chemical fiber. Through revamping to excavate the potential of chemical industry and chemical fiber part, the annual production of its core product, caprolactam, has reached 65 thousand tons. In July, 2006, the revamping project of Annual 160 Thousand caprolactam has got the permission of SINOPEC.
In March 2009, SRCC oil quality upgrade and crude low-grade transformation of upgrading project have been included in the national petrochemical industry restructuring and revitalization of the planning, December 30, 2009 the State Environmental Protection Department for the project EIA approval issued, during the same period Development and Reform Commission of Hebei Province have approved officially the project, in tht year of 2010 the constructing work of the product will be fully started- up.
The main products are: lead-free gasoline for automobiles, Beijing standard gasoline, kerosene, molecular sieve feedstock, jet fuel No.3, aviation kerosene, spe-30# diesel oil, diesel oil, industry fuel oil, LPG, propylene, polypropylene, propane, car LPG, diisobutylene, octyl phenol, naphtha, benzene, toluene, xylene, solvent oil, petroleum coke, sulphur, caprolactam, ammonium sulfate, polyamidechips caprolactam, benzaldehyde, nylon yarn and etc. altogether more than 30 kinds of products.
