Tahe Company now enjoys a throughput of crude oil(resource of which based mostly on Tahe Oilfield heavy crude oil ) amounts 220×104t/a.

This company possesses the productive capacity of AH-70#, AH-90#, AH-110# pitch for important traffic ways; 100#, 140#,180#, 200# pitch for ordinary roads; 10# construction pitch. The output volume of pitch has amounted to 17% of the total output of Tahe Company. The various grades of pitch produced by Tahe Company are especially favored by general clients to such an extent that often supply falls short of demand. Tahe Company holds also a fairly complete system of refining techniques, oil hydrogenation refining capacity has reached 120×104t/a per year, gasoline/diesel oil product have all undergone hydrogenation refining process. To further optimize the products structure, investment has been introduced to the successful foundation of a producing equipment with an annual processing ability of 40×104t/a A-rate pitch per year in 2005.

With its own leased railway lines and its appropriative railway loading and unloading station and warehouses, its oil tubes for crude-oil input , Tahe Company enjoys a highly-convenient transportation and distribution system and its products can be directly transported to 17 provinces and districts as Qinghai, Tibet, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shanxi etc.

An Environment-friendly equipment is also in the possession of Tahe Company, namely, the 2×104t/a sulfur-recycling equipment, which was set up and put into production in Dec, 2004. Recycling the sulfur-containing waste water and acid gas of the refinery, industrial sulfur has been produced as a spin-off byproduct.
