Sinopec Cangzhou Company (Cangzhou Oil Refinery for short) is a large-scale petrochemical refinery belongs to the SINOPEC. Cangzhou Oil Refinery is located in the northern suburb of the Cangzhou city. It's area is about 180 hektare . Cangzhou Oil Refinery was set up in April 1971 and put into operation in Oct.1975.

Cangzhou Oil Refinery’s primary capability of processing crude oil is 3.5 million tons per year.

The main units of Cangzhou Oil Refinery are as follows: 3.5 million tons per year Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Units, 1.2 million tons per year Heavy Oil Catalytic Cracking Unit, 1.2 million tons per year Delayed-coking Unit , 1.6 million tons per year Gasoline and Diesel Hydro-treating Units, 0.9 million tons per year  Gasoline and Diesel S-Zorber Units, 0.2 million tons per year Asphalt Unit, 0.15 million tons per year Catalytic Reforming Unit, 0.3 million tons per year Gas Fractionation Unit and other accessorial units such as steam boiler, power generator, fresh water supply field, sewage water processing, oil transport and storage establishment. 

The main products of the Cangzhou Oil Refinery are as follows: 93#/97#/98# clean gasoline, diesel oil, naphtha, petroleum coke, asphalt, sulfur, MTBE, 200# solvent oil, aluminum foil rolling oil, PP, LPG for vehicle, DMSO, etc. Especially, the hight quality clean gasoline has satisfied the Europe-III vehicle emission gas control standard.
