SINOPEC Pipeline Storage & Transport Company (PSTC) is pipeline speciality company and connect up and down stream petrolume enterprises within SINOPEC. The PSTC has 11 oil transport production units and 35 line oil pipeline, including Nanjing¡¢Liaochen¡¢ Xinxiang¡¢Changzhou¡¢Xiangfang¡¢Luning¡¢Yichang¡¢Hongjin¡¢Jingtan¡¢and Huandao etc; the company headquarters at Xuzhou city of  Jiangsu province. SINOPEC  PSTC  has 5882.9 km pipeline in total length, 8.41 million stere oil tank and transport crude oil capacity 90 million tons per year. PSTC take the charge of transporting crude oil from Shengli oil field, Zhongyuan oil field, Henan oil field as well as import crude oil . The PSTC transport crude oil For Qilu Petrochemical Corp. Yangzi  Petrochemical Corp, Shanghai Petrochemical Corp, Zhenhai Petrochemical Corp, Anqing Petrochemical Corp, Qiujiang Petrochemical Corp, Jinmeng Petrochemical Corp, Luoyang Petrochemical Corp,… 19 refining centres or large petrolume enterprise which are located in North-China, the middle—stream and downstream of the Yangzi river and South-East Ching cost areas.
