SINOPEC Pipeline Storage & Transport Company (PSTC) is pipeline specialty company and connect up and down stream petroleum enterprises within SINOPEC. The PSTC has 11 oil transport production units and 37 line oil pipelines, including Nanjing¡¢ Liaochen¡¢ Xinxiang¡¢ Changzhou¡¢ Xiangfang¡¢ Luning¡¢ Yichang¡¢ Hongjin¡¢ Jingtang¡¢ and Huandao etc; the company headquarters locates at Xuzhou city of  Jiangsu province. SINOPEC  PSTC  has 6063.5 km pipeline in total length, 10.06 million oil storage tank and crude oil transport capacity is 155.23 million tons per year. PSTC takes the charge of transporting crude oil from Shengli oil field, Zhongyuan oil field, Henan oil field and also imported crude oil . The PSTC transports crude oil for Yanshan Petrochemical Corp. and other 18 refining centers or large petroleum enterprise which are located in North-China, the middle—stream and downstream of the Yangzi river and South-East China cost areas.

Recently, with the implementation of SINOPEC resource stratagem, PSTC business has developed rapidly. In 2008, PSTC transported crude oil 83.19 million tons, and realized the ninth safety operation year. In the 2009, PSTC would further get hold of the opportunity of pipeline development, give priority to “I want safety” theme activity and decrease energy sources and cost,  push  science and technology on the upgrade and management innovation, insist people foremost, pay more attention to  improving employees’ living condition, fully  stimulate staff enthusiasm ,comprehensive complete each task and realize the tenth safety production year, make a contribution to SINOPEC for turning into strong  international competition and multinational energy chemical corporation.
