On March, 2000, In Accordance with the reorganization demand of the China Petrochemical Corporation£¬Guizhou Oil Products Company was divided out from Guizhou Provincial Petroleum Corporation. Till now, there are 8 branch companies under Guizhou Oil Products Company.

SINOPEC Guizhou Oil Products Company owns10 large and medium sized oil depots with a total storage capability of 257,000 cubic meters. It has a retail network system, which consists of 682 gas stations that are opening, is spreading all over central cities, national roads, provincial roads, trunk road and villages.
