SINOPEC Hainan Oil Products Company (named Hainan Company in the following text) set up in Apr,2004, the principal operations of which includes: crude oil¡¢natural gas¡¢LPG¡¢lubricating oil¡¢petroleum-chemical product¡¢general merchandise store¡¢vehicle-cleaning service and so on. Our sales channels comprising land and aquatic area has overlaid the whole Hainan Province with 283 own gas stations¡¢6 large gas warehouses,5 special chemical wharves, and the total storage is about 116 thousand stere.

In 2006, Hainan Company had seriously carried out the headquarters’ each strategy guideline of reforming¡¢operating¡¢developing. Under the big background of where the international oil price fluctuating acutely, the market situation being unpredictable, tightly around the all-year management task, with the market-oriented and the benefit-focus, we gather ourself together to operate and put wholeheartedness on development, ultimately bring each work to a new height. The achievement include: the turnover has a big-extent increase, the security management is farther strengthened, the interior-management gets normative and enhancive, the sales channels building advances effectively, the service quality is improved continuously, the construction of team is continually potentiated, the operating benefit is remarkably gained. The last whole year, Hainan Company accomplished a total sale amount of 1.65 million tons which breaking through the former performance, which comparing to year 2005 with increasing 133 thousand tons and rising 15.23 percent. Thereinto the retail sales 667.2 thousand tons which comparing to year 2005 with increasing 104.3 thousand tons and rising 18.53 percent, the lubricating oil sales 7.4 thousand tons which comparing to year 2005 with increasing 3.7 thousand tons and rising 100 percent, the fuel oil  sales 103.4 thousand tons which comparing to year 2005 with increasing 55.7 thousand tons and rising 116.77 percent,  the LPG sales 54.5 thousand tons which comparing to year 2005 with increasing 3.7 thousand tons and rising 7.28 percent, the gas stations sale 72.1 thousand IC cards and the fill-in money reaches 651 million RMB.

At present Hainan Company is the biggest petroleum enterprise with wholesaling and retailing business, it all along has applied itself to sale the petroleum¡¢LPG¡¢”Greatwall” brand lubricating oil with which good quality ,being technological and environment-protecting from years ago, offers clean-energy to the Hainan Province’s development with many fields involing industry¡¢fishery¡¢tourism¡¢agriculture and so on, services for the ecological environment, in effect reacts on the main providing channel in the whole province.
