China Petrochemical Joint-stock Corporation Hunan branch was reorganized in 1998 as petroleum products saling branch of China Petrochamical Joint-stock Corporation in Hunan province. The predecessor of the branch was China Oil Company Changsha branch which was established in 1950. Since its establishment, it has experienced great reforms and developments. In 1985, the branch was integrated with all other petroleum products sailing branchs in Hunan, including the provincial, the regional, and the county level, into one company: Hunan Oil Company, a provincial enterprise. In 1998, the company was reorganized and transferred to China Petroleum Joint-stock Corporation, a state owned enterprise whose headquarters is located in Beijing.

Our business scope mainly includes wholesaling, retailing, and dispatching of gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, lubricating oil, and fuel oil in Hunan province. We have a sound, reputable distributing network with complete and advanced facilities throughout the whole province. The market promoting staff are all experienced, ready to face competition. The total assets reach RMB5.4 billion yuan. We have 39 oil tanks, the whole capacity of oil being 720,000 cubic meter, and over 1,500 gas stations. In 2007, retailing sales of petroleum reached 3.23 million tons and the whoe sales reached 4.78 million tons, 23.4billion yuan in revenue, making it the 4th place in the rank of Huan Top 100 enterprises. The economic indicators are the best since its establishment.
