SINOPEC Jiangxi company is short for SINOPEC Jiangxi Oil Products Company which was founded in October 1950 and transformed & restructured in recent years. In October 1998, Jiangxi Petroleum Corporation was transformed into China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation.In February 2000, the main industry was restructured into SINOPEC Jiangxi oil products company,and the secondary including assets and personnel was integrated into Jiangxi Petroleum Corporation which is subordinated to China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation. On March 28, 2007 Jiangxi Petroleum Corporation was transformed into China Petrochemical Assets Management Corporation Jiangxi oil products company, Assets Corporation Jiangxi Company for short. The company mainly sells, stores and transports product oil and now has dominated the market sales of product oil in Jiangxi.It has 12 branches and 96 retail districts distributed in different regions and lots of retail points spreading everywhere in Jiangxi.
