Sinopec Jiangxi Oil Products Company was established in October 1950. In October 1998, it was all transferred to SINOPEC Group. In February 2002, the main industry of Jiangxi Petroleum was recomposed and stripped-down to be SINOPEC Jiangxi Oil Products Company, the subordinate industry of it was composed to be SINOPEC Group Jiangxi Petroleum Company to offer service for the management of SINOPEC Jiangxi Oil Products Company.  SINOPEC Jiangxi Oil Products Company is the subsidiary company of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. The main working are the distribution and storage-transpotation of oil, petrochemical product, chemical fibre and the equipment in gas station.
