Sinopec Beijing Oil Products Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Oil") is the main oil products market in the capital city, which mainly deals in gasoline, diesel, aviation coal oil, lubrication oil, fuel oil and non-oil products business. The predecessor of Beijing Oil was Beijing Oil Group Co., Ltd., which was incorporated in April 1950. In September 1998, it was transferred to Sinopec with entire organization. In February 2000, it was incorporated into Sinopec Beijing Branch with main business line. Through many year development, Beijing Oil has become a large enterprise of assets amounting to 7 billion Yuan, in possession of 11 active oil depots, 580 self managed service stations, 192 km ring product oil pipeline, which has formed a marketing network covering Beijing city and countryside and an ever-improving service system, and has made important contribution to the capital's economic development.
In 2010, coincided with the 60th anniversary, Beijing Oil launched such theme activities as "excellent performance", "cooperative competition campaign to emulate, learn from, keep up with, help and surpass each other", "strengthening management year", "I want to be safe", through promoting the spirit of "carrying red flag at sight, competing to be No. 1", which has expanded market at full stretch, strengthened network by all means, satisfactorily completed the task of "two maintenances, three non declines and two improvements", and effectively guaranteed supplies to product oils market.
