Ling Yiqun, 49, Vice President of Sinopec Corp. and Director General of Refining Dept. Mr. Ling is a professor-level senior engineer with a Master’s Degree. From 1983, he worked in the refinery of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company and Refining Dept. of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company Ltd. since 1983. He acted as Deputy Director General of Sinopec Refining Dept. from February 2000, and Director General from June 2003. Since July 2010, he acted as Vice President of Sinopec Corp.
