Mr. Jiao Fangzheng, 48, Vice President of Sinopec Corp. and Director General of E&P Dept. Mr. Jiao is a professor-level senior engineer with a Doctor’s Degree. From January 1999, Mr. Jiao served as Chief Geologist of Sinopec Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau. From February 2000, he served as Vice President and Chief Geologist of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield Company. From July 2000, Mr. Jiao acted as Vice President of Sinopec Exploration & Production Research Institute. From March 2001, Mr. Jiao served as Deputy Director General of E&P Dept. From June 2004, Mr. Jiao served as President of Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Company. From July 2010, Mr. Jiao served as Director General of E&P Dept. Mr. Jiao has been Vice President of Sinopec Corp. since October 2006.
