Mr. Chen Mingzheng, 53, Employee Representative Supervisor of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Chen is a senior engineer with a Master’s Degree. From November 2000, Mr. Chen acted as Deputy Director General of North China Petroleum Administration of Sinopec Star Company. From June 2003, he acted as Deputy Director General of Sinopec North China Petroleum Administration. From October 2004, he acted as Secretary of the CPC Party Committee in Sinopec North China Petroleum Administration. From March 2008, he acted as Secretary of the Party Committee in Sinopec Northwest China Petroleum Administration and Vice President of Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Company. In May 2009, he was elected as Employee Representative Supervisor.
