Jiang Zhenying, 46, Employee Representative Supervisor of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Jiang is a professor-level senior economist with a Doctor’s Degree. Mr. Jiang was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Procurement Company in December 1998. He served as Deputy Director General of Sinopec Procurement Department since February 2000. He acted as Director General since December 2001 and concurrently held the positions of Chairman, President and Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of Sinopec International Company since November 2005. In March 2006, Mr. Jiang served as Director General of Sinopec Procurement Dept., President, Executive Director and Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of Sinopec International Company. Mr. Jiang has been Director General of Sinopec Procurement Dept., President, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of Sinopec International Company since April 2010. In December 2010, Mr. Jiang was elected as Employee Representative Supervisor.
