Mr. Li Yonggui, 70, Independent Supervisor of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Li is a senior economist and CPA with a Bachelor’s Degree. Since February 1985, Mr. Li acted as Deputy Director General of Taxation Bureau of Ministry of Finance. Since December 1988, Mr. Li served as Chief Economist of State Administration of Taxation. Since April 1991, Mr. Li served as Deputy Director General of State Administration of Taxation. Since February 1995, Mr. Li acted as Chief Economist of State Administration of Taxation. Since April 2000, Mr. Li served as Chairman of Chinese Association of Certified Public Taxation Experts. From July 2008, Mr. Li acted as advisor of Chinese Association of Certified Public Taxation Experts. Since November 2004, Mr. Li served as Vice Chairman of Chinese Association of Certified Public Accountant Experts. Since April 2003, Mr. Li served as Independent Supervisor of Sinopec Corp.
