From February 2000, Mr. Zou served as Deputy Director General of Finance and Assets Department of Sinopec Group. From December 2001, Mr. Zou acted as Deputy Director General of Finance and Planning Department of Sinopec Group. From March 2006, Mr. Zou acted as Director General of Finance and Assets Department of Sinopec Assets Management Co., Ltd. From March 2006, Mr. Zou acted as Director General of Audit Department of Sinopec Corp. and Director General of Audit Bureau of Sinopec Group. Mr. Zou was elected as Supervisor of Sinopec Corp. in May 2006.
