Mr. Liu Yun, 54, Director of the Board of Directors. Mr. Liu is a professor-level senior accountant with a Master’s Degree. In December 1998, Mr. Liu was appointed as Deputy Director General of Financial Dept. in Sinopec Group. In February 2000, he was appointed as Deputy Director General of Financial Dept. In January 2001, he was appointed as Director General of Financial Dept. In June 2006, he was appointed as Deputy CFO. In February 2009, he was appointed as Chief Accountant of Sinopec Group. From May 2009, he served as Director of the Board of Directors.
