Li Chunguang, aged 53, Director of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Li is a professor level senior engineer and obtained a Bachelor Degree. In August 1991, Mr. Li was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Sales Company North China Branch; in October 1995, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Sales Company; in June 2001, he was appointed as General Manager of Sinopec Sales Company; in December 2001, he was appointed as the Director General of Sinopec Oil Product Sales Dept.; in April 2002, he was appointed as Chairman and General Manager of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd.; in April 2003, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Corp.; in November 2005, he was appointed as Vice President of China Petrochemical Corporation.; in May 2009, he was elected as Director of the Fourth Session of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp.
