Cao Yaofeng, aged 55, Director of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Cao is a professor level senior engineer and obtained a Master Degree. In April 1997, Mr. Cao was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau; in May 2000, he was also appointed as Vice Chairman of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company Limited; in December 2001, he was appointed as Director and President of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company Limited; in December 2002, he was appointed as President of Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau and Chairman of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company Limited; from April 2003 to May 2006, he was elected as Employee Representative Supervisor of Sinopec Corp; in October 2004, he was appointed as Assistant to President of China Petrochemical Corporation; in November 2005, he was appointed as Vice President of China Petrochemical Corporation.; in May 2009, he was elected as Director of the Fourth Session of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp.
