Mr. Cao Yaofeng, 56, Director of the Board of Directors. Mr. Cao is a professor-level engineer with a master degree. From April 1997, Mr. Cao acted as Deputy Director General of Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau. From May 2000, he served cocurrently as Vice Chairman of Sinopec Shengli oilfield Company. From December 2001, he acted as a Board Director and President of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company. In December 2002, he was appointed as Director General of Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau and Chairman of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company. From April 2003 to May 2006, he was Employee Representative Director. In October 2004, he was appointed as Assistant to President of Sinopec Group. In November 2005, he became Vice President of Sinopec Group. From May 2009, he was elected as Director of the Board of Directors.
