Cai Xiyou, aged 47, Director and Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Cai is a professor level senior economist and obtained a Master Degree. In June 1995, Mr. Cai was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company of the former China Petrochemical Corporation; in May 1996, he was appointed as Vice President of Dalian Western Pacific Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; in December 1998, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Sales Company; in June 2001, he was appointed as Executive Vice President of Sinopec Sales Company; in December 2001, he was appointed as Director and President of China International United Petrochemical Company Limited; in April 2003, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Corp. in November 2005, he was appointed as Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corp.; in May 2009, he was elected as Director of the Fourth Session of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp. and Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corp.
