Mr. Fan Yifei, 44, Director of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Fan graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Renmin University of China in July 1993. In 2002, Mr. Fan obtained a master degree from Columbia University of the United States. Mr. Fan is a senior accountant. From June 1993, Mr. Fan served as the Assistant to the General Manager and Manager of the Planning and Finance Department of the Trust Investment Company of China Construction Bank successively. From September 1994, Mr. Fan served as Vice General Manager of the Capital Planning Department of China Construction Bank. From July 1996, Mr. Fan served as General Manager of the Finance and Accounting Department of China Construction Bank. From January 1998, Mr. Fan served as General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department of China Construction Bank. Mr. Fan served as the Assistant to the Governor of China Construction Bank from February 2000, during which worked for the Three Gorges Project, and held a concurrent position as Assistant to the President of China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. From June 2005, Mr. Fan was appointed as Deputy Governor of China Construction Bank. From April 2003, Mr. Fan acted as Director of the Second Session of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Fan was elected as Director of the Third Session of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp. in May 2006.
