Mr. Su Shulin, 46, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp., President of Sinopec Group. Mr. Su graduated from Daqing Petroleum Institute with a Bachelor's Degree in July 1983. In March 1999, he obtained a Master's Degree from Harbin Engineering University. Mr. Su is a professor-level senior engineer. From March 1996, Mr. Su served as Assistant to the Director General of CNPC Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau. From January 1997, Mr. Su served as Head of the No. 1 Oil and Gas Development Department. From November 1997, Mr. Su acted as Deputy Director General and Standing Member of the CPC Party Committee of CNPC Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau. From January 1999, Mr. Su served as Director General and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of CNPC Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau. From October 1999, Mr. Su acted as Vice President of PetroChina Co., Ltd., Chairman, President and Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. From August 2000, Mr. Su served as Vice President and Member of the CPC Party Committee of China National Petroleum Corporation, Vice President of PetroChina Co., Ltd., as well as Chairman, President and Secretary to the CPC Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. From March 2001, Mr. Su served as Vice President and Member of the CPC Party Committee of China National Petroleum Corporation, Vice President of PetroChina Co., Ltd., as well as Chairman and President of Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. From November 2002, Mr. Su acted as Vice President and Member of the CPC Party Committee of China National Petroleum Corporation, Director and Senior Vice President of PetroChina Co. Ltd., as well as Chairman and President of Daqing Oilfield Co. Ltd. From December 2003, Mr. Su acted as Vice President and Member of the CPC Party Committee of China National Petroleum Corporation, Director and Senior Vice President of PetroChina Co. Ltd. From September 2006, Mr. Su served as a Standing Member of the CPC Party Committee of Liaoning Province. From October 2006, Mr. Su served as a Standing Member and Head of the Organization Department of Liaoning Provincial CPC Party Committee. From June 2007, Mr. Su served as President and Secretary to the CPC Party Committee of Sinopec Group. Mr. Su was elected as Director and Chairman of the Third Session of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp. in August 2007. Mr. Su is an alternative member of the 16th & 17th Session of the CPC Central Committee.
